I, the model, grant the Photographer (IanBphotos), full copyright and usage rights and consent to the use of the photographic works created by IanBphotos in all forms of media (including printed materials and digital mediums) for art, promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, commercial, or display use), illustration, exhibition, editorial, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. This right extends to both domestic and foreign markets. I acknowledge that by filling out the below form, subject to the relevant terms and conditions below, I give up all claim of ownership of the photographs, and assign copyright to IanBphotos. The photographic work created by the Photographer will remain the property of IanBphotos.

I have the right to correct or rectify any information that I may find to be incorrect by contacting Ian Barney via email before submitting this form. I hereby declare that I give my full consent to this release and consent to being photographed by the Photographer (IanBphotos) on the agreed photoshoot date stated below. I the undersigned, am at least 18+ years of age and authorised to give this consent of release which shall be binding upon me or my heirs or any legal representative in perpetuity.

See below the terms and conditions for the following options that apply:

  • The model shall use the photographic works provided by the Photographer only for personal, non-commercial use, and subject to the restrictions on use set out in this agreement. The photographs where the model is the subject of the work provided by the Photographer may be displayed on the model’s personal devices and the model may print the photographs for personal use. The model may also display the photographs on their personal websites, so long as the photographs are unaltered and include a direct link to the Photographer's website or credit to the Photographer is visible. The model may share the photographs to their personal social media platforms so long as the photographs are unaltered and includes a direct link to either the Photographer's website or social media page.

  • The model is granted use of the photographic works provided by the Photographer for commercial purposes subject to the restrictions on use set out in this agreement. The photographs where the model is the subject of the work provided by the Photographer may be displayed online such as websites or social media accounts and be freely viewed by anyone who has access to internet connectivity and may be published to a local press or media. The photographs where the model is the subject may be used for promotional publications, articles, printing, and other marketing materials for the purpose of publicity and marketing. The model may share the photographs to their social media platforms so long as the photographs are unaltered and displays visible credit to either the Photographer's website or social media page. Any fees, royalties, or compensations to be made to the Photographer from the commercial use of the published photographic works must be disclosed in writing and agreed to by both the model (or their legal representative/s) and the Photographer (IanBphotos) before the photographs are to be published commercially.

  • This shoot is a collaborative (“collab”) project for the purpose of contributing to the Hot Honey Studios portfolio and Instagram page (@hothoney_nz). This means that the shoot session is free and made possible subject to the restrictions on use set out in this agreement page.

    1. All visual assets and media from the shoot are subject to be culled and any published/finalised assets will be edited to the artistic discretion of the photographer.

    2. All models have full veto authority on media selections and are within their rights to nominate which images or videos are allowed to be published. Both models and the photographer must agree on the dates and times of when any social media posts go live.

    3. Any finalised visual assets and media from the shoot must be first published to the Instagram page @hothoney_nz as minimum two (2) individual posts where the photographed models agree to be added as collaborators.

    4. After two (2) Instagram collaborator posts are published by the Hot Honey Studios Instagram page, the models are free to share any finalised visual assets and media to their social media platforms for the purposes of making new (non-collaborator) posts and so long as the images are unaltered and must have “@hothoney_nz” tagged/credited/written in the caption or somewhere visible.

    5. Any visual assets and media where the model is the subject of the work provided may be displayed by Hot Honey Studios/IanBphotos online such as websites or social media accounts and be freely viewed by anyone who has access to internet connectivity. Models may negotiate the extent of which platforms any content of their image can be published to.
